Twerkin
Twerkin
Start in the Downward Dog position, with your butt high in the air. Lower your butt slightly and rotate forward while performing the downward half of a Merkin, lowering your head and chest just above the ground as if going under a fence. Continue forward into the Upward Dog position, with your head up and arms extended for the upward half of the Merkin, hands slightly behind your shoulders and chest forward. Return to the starting position by lowering your head and chest, bending your arms, and rotating your body backward, as if going back under the fence. Finish in the Downward Dog position with your butt high. This exercise was performed by Pale Rider and named by Nomaha.
