Turn and Bounce
With your feet slightly wider than shoulder-width apart and arms extended palms up, twist your torso to the left and bounce while keeping your torso twisted. Return to the center for the 4-count; this constitutes ONE. Then, flap-jack and twist your torso to the right, bouncing 1, 2, 3, and return to the center for the 4-count; this constitutes TWO.
