Xs and Os
Start on your back with legs and arms extended in an X position (all six inches off the ground). When the Q calls out "O," the PAX will move into a seated V position with arms and legs tucked into the body. Hold the position until the Q calls "X." The PAX then resume the X position with legs and arms six inches from the ground. Repeat as the Q calls out the varying X and O positions until the halt.
