Ultimate Frisburpee

This game is similar to ultimate frisbee but includes penalty burpees. On the 1st turnover, all PAX do 5 burpees. On the 2nd turnover, it's 4 burpees; on the 3rd, 3 burpees; on the 4th turnover, 2 burpees; and on the 5th turnover, 1 burpee. If neither team has scored, the remainder of the point is played like regular ultimate frisbee. The burpee count resets after each point. You do not have to wait for all PAX to finish their burpees before beginning play (i.e., it is advantageous to finish your burpees quickly). The game is usually played for about 20 minutes and is a favorite in F3 Hampton Roads.
