It’s Biblical and it will hurt... just as Joshua was instructed to do. Walls of Jericho (WOJ) is usually performed around a large building. Pick 7 different exercises, complete 7 reps of each, and then run one lap around the building. Repeat this process for 7 laps. For an extra challenge, you can have the PAX shout on the last set to pay homage to the story.
