The Q plays "Danger Zone" by Kenny Loggins. The PAX continually performs side straddle hops (SSH). Every time the words "danger zone" are heard, the PAX does a single squat before resuming SSH. Alternatively, you can do burpees for each "danger zone" phrase. The end result is approximately 3.5 minutes of SSH with intermittent squats.
