Triple Nickel

Find a hill. Start at the bottom, run to the top, and complete 5 reps of the called exercise. Run back to the bottom and complete 5 reps of the same exercise. This is known as a Triple Nickel (5/5/5). It can also be done on a flat surface with a launch point and a target point.
