A variation of the Carolina Dry Dock where one leg is hoisted in the air, higher than your six. Perform a specified number of reps, then switch legs. For reference, a Carolina Dry Dock is a modified push-up where you bend only your elbows, lowering your head toward your hands without lowering your six.
