Same as the Cooper just add big boy sit ups.

Cooper = Run one lap around the track. Then perform 10 burpees, 10 squats, and 10 merkins. Run another lap, then do 9 burpees, 9 squats, and 9 merkins. Continue this pattern, counting down to 1.
