Start on your back with your arms and legs spread out to resemble an X. Start the move with a V-up, with your right arm touching your left shin, then lower down and perform another V-up with your left arm touching your right shin. The opposite arm and leg stay down. That’s one rep. For a bonus, raise your arms and legs 6 inches off the ground and start the move from there, keeping the down arm and leg at 6 inches while performing the V-up.
